The website is very straight forward and easy to use. They answer my questions via email and instagram which makes it very accessible. Will definitely be buying from them again!

Online order was easy, payment went through apparently, I then got an email from an unknown but named individual who I had to assume was an employee, but could have been anyone, with a payment link to pay again. Obviously the card payment process doesnt work as it should and introduces a level of doubt and confusion. Had I not checked my emails or it had gone to junk as an unknown individual, I suspect I may have lost the purchase through non payment.

I asked if the "old bottling" of LAPHROAIG that is offered at GBP175 has the UNBLENDED label and that is it a pre-royal warrant bottling as there is no picture of the actual bottle in the listing. This was an en primeur purchase so my experience was solely administrative at this stage. In that context, the website bizarrely showed both in-bond AND duty-paid purchase options. Also, the promised confirmation email didn’t arrive and I had to chase it.
