Never Say Die Barrel Strength
Inspired by the remarkable story of the American-born racehorse of the same name that defied all odds and won the Epsom Derby. Never Say Die bourbon starts its life in Kentucky before the barrels are shipped to England and bottled at Derbyshire's White Peak Distillery. The journey is said to invigorate the whiskey, promoting the liquid to slosh against the inside of the cask and extract more flavour. This release is a single cask offering, bottled at the natural strength of 60.5% ABV.

Ardbeg 23 Year Old Vintage Y2K
Under the looming threat of the Y2K bug, many distilleries ceased operation at the turn of the millennium, but not Ardbeg. The distillery was just returning to from after a period of closure, so the stills of Ardbeg continued to fire on all cylinders as the new epoch dawned, under the watch of a single stillman. The spirit was some of the last to be produced on the pre-closure stills, which were retired just a year later in 2001, and was laid down to mature in a mix of ex-bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks for over 23 years before being bottled in this limited release.
