Karia comes from a tapestry of vineyards in the southern part of Napa Valley. The Fay vineyard is where the Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars story began. Established by pioneering grape grower Nathan Fay in 1961, it was the first planting of Cabernet Sauvignon in what is now the Stags Leap District. The 2021 Fay offers fragrant and generous aromas with notes of boysenberry, Bing cherries, strawberry preserves, a touch of spice, cookie dough, and subtle floral notes. This wine exhibits a youthful, vibrant mouthfeel with a savoury coating and lasting finish. Tannins are silky and persistent with lasting berry notes.

Alte Reben, German for ‘Old Vine’, is a single vineyard Shiraz sourced from the Kaesler estate in Marananga, planted in 1899.
This has a more floral feel with violet and blueberry aromas, as well as hints of chalk and cedar. Dense palate with a finely compacted feel to the tannins. Very long, chiseled and composed with very intense blueberry flavours. Fine, powerful and pure.

2022 Torbreck, The Steading, Barossa Valley
The Steading is Torbreck’s signature wine and is very much the heart and soul of Torbreck. Deep crimson to dark plum core. Intensely lifted red and blue fruits dominate the aromas of mulberry, red plum, redcurrant and red cherry. Spices like sandalwood, cinnamon bark, and star anise also add complexity. The palate is more robust than past vintages with denser plusher red fruits and a silky mouthfeel and added weight that glides across the tongue. An excellent vintage to enjoy in its youth or cellar confidently for up to 10 years.

The natural acidity and medium body of the Semillon grape takes great pride in the 100+ year old Barossa Valley vineyards that are naturally suited to the region. A wine that shows lifted aromas of fresh citrus fruits of Amalfi lemon, kaffir lime, grapefruit pith balance by aromatic perfume of citrus flowers such lemon myrtle and infused citrus like candlewax. The palate is a little firmer and tighter than previous vintages with tangy, needle like acidity cleansing to the finish. Enjoy as either a fresh young wine or age for up to 15 years to reveal brioche, lemon curd pastry like notes.

Located in the far southerly growing region of Altamira en La Consulta, the Nicasia vineyard is the only planting of the special Catena Selection of Malbec cuttings in this traditional area for Malbec.
A classic example of Malbec in its finest form, with deep, dark black cherry and plum fruit, toasty oak, cinnamon, violets, incense and truffle. A full-bodied wine, perfectly balanced and elegant.

White Bones Chardonnay comes from select rows within Block 1 of the Adrianna Vineyard. The name refers to the soil underneath these rows, which is layered with calcareous deposits and limestone as well as fossilized animal bones - remnants of a river that used to pass through the region.
On the palate, terrific freshness, cool and lightly minty too but also showing a stony mineral character. Highly distinctive.. Elegant, almost light weight in the mouth and a long, precise citrus finish.

Argentino is a Malbec made from two vineyards: Adrianna in Tupungato and Nicasia in Vista Flores/Altamira. Aged for two years in new oak, it's a dark, vibrant masculine wine with excellent depth of flavour, seductive berry flavours, and lots of length. It hits with force but also finesse, and it shows the extracted richness that comes from small-lot open bin fermentation.

White Stones Chardonnay comes from a select 27 rows within Block 1 of the Adrianna Vineyard. The name refers to the ground beneath the vines which is covered with gravel - oval white stones.
With some yellow fruit, faint minty notes and a powerful mouthfeel with pungent flavours and great persistence. It finishes with a very tasty, almost salty finish.

One of the most historic and finest producers of New Zealand wine, Auckland based Kumeu River has its roots as San Martino Vineyards in 1944 when the Brajkovich family planted the first vines on their property.
