2016 Champagne Lilbert Cramant Grand Cru Blanc de Blanc
On the nose, it exudes a maritime essence, a refreshing hint of brininess, and embodies the chalky characteristics of a Blanc de Blancs. The palate delivers a gentle effervescence and an invigorating finish with a gracefully balanced body. Initially, it may appear understated and reserved upon opening, but with a bit of encouragement, its restrained qualities gradually reveal themselves. This is a Champagne crafted for the connoisseurs who appreciate the purest expressions of the style.

The Gosset-Brabant Cuvee Gabriel is named after Gabriel Gosset who founded the domaine in the 1930s. Elevated in steel tanks, with low dosage, this is a steely, complex wine, a wine which combines the rich, ripe yet precisely spiced Pinot Noir grape together with the deft, crisp and elegant Chardonnay. This is a superb Blanc de Blancs Champagne from Launois Père et Fils. Made from old vine Chardonnay that was planted back in 1951 on the mid slope of one of the finest Grand Cru plots in all of Mesnil!

An awesome wine out of Magnum! Super vibrant nose with aromas of lemongrass, yellow pear, nectarine, almonds, marzipan, crushed oyster shell and a saline minerality. Complex. The palate is fresh and the mousse very fine with lots of lemon zest, white stone fruit and brioche coming through. The finish is extremely long with a saline minerality and white pepper spice persisting. 2013 is a fantastic vintage for Chardonnay in Champagne and the Chardonnay that goes into this wine is from perhaps the finest Grand Cru Village in all of the Cote de Blancs - Mesnil-sur-Oger... This together with the Magnum effect and a superb price, makes this wine a must buy!
