Tasting Notes

An attractive sweet, feminine nose of raspberry, wild strawberry and cedar. Great definition and clarity. The palate is firm, tannic with a burly structure. Deep black toasty fruit, good definition but very backward towards the finish. Similar to the Clos de Vougeot, tangible dry extract and it will need time to show its true colours. Tasted January 2007.

Black fruits on the nose rather than terroir. Seems just a tad too exaggerated. Trying slightly too hard? Very painful to taste.
