Tasting Notes
William Gardener
Pale ruby, with a touch of amber at the rim. The nose has smoky, savoury notes alongside cranberry, citrus and a subtle touch of farmyard character. It feels distinctly Pinot-like. The palate is nicely silky, lean and fresh, with good energy and a lovely sense of freshness through the finish. Dusty and medium-length, with a subtle touch of burnt character. Drinking well now, particularly for those who enjoy the complexity and savoury character of aged Pinot Noir.
