The 2020 Le Crock is dense, rich and super-concentrated. It s a style that works so well for this wine. Ripe red plum, tobacco, cedar, mint, dried herbs, blood orange and white pepper all run through this gorgeous, wonderfully inviting Saint-Estephe. Savory and earthy notes frame the finish very nicely. The 2020 is an absolute delight.

The deep garnet-purple colored 2020 le Crock comes skipping out of the glass with carefree scents of fresh blackberries, black raspberries and redcurrant jelly, with touches of dried Provence herbs and Sichuan pepper. The medium-bodied palate has appealing energy and freshness with a fine-grained frame supporting the taut black fruit, finishing with an herbal lift.
