Pierre & Antonin
Pierre & Antonin are two friends with a wealth of winemaking experience, who have ventured to specialise in natural, or low intervention, wines in the Languedoc. They were both born and raised in the Languedoc, so this was the obvious place for them to set up their passion project.
Despite coming from very traditional winemaking backgrounds, they decided that this project would take a rebellious approach. Using new resistant varietals, minimal intervention and organic practices – they produce a range of vibrant, avant-garde wines.
Their domain started in 2022, with 6 hectares of vines just outside the city of Carcassonne. They chose an abandoned vineyard, which they salvaged and began working with care and precision.
