Producer Profile
Valley View
Valley View winery was founded in Southern Oregon in the 1850s by Peter Britt, but sadly the estate was abandoned after his death in 1906. It was later restored to the business it is today in 1972 by Frank and Ann Wisnovksy. Over the years they have expanded their production, and continued demonstrate passion for Oregon’s wine industry.
The estate covers the Applegate and Rouge Valleys which are comprised of a range of soil types and micro-climates, allowing for a diverse range of grape varieties to be planted. This includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, and more. The range of wines produced all showcase the very best of Oregon’s cool-climate wine production
The Valley View label represents premium quality wines at approachable prices. They pride themselves on integrity-based farming methods, low intervention practices and the combination of old school knowledge with modern technology.
