Nc’Nean Organic Single Malt – Batch BU06

Nc'nean have switched gear from their typical batch-release cask composition, this time reducing the ratio of rejuvenated red wine casks and adding a small percentage of Oloroso sherry. Batch BU06 is comprised of 55% ex-American whiskey casks, 43% STR red wine casks, and 2% Oloroso sherry casks. You can still expect all those delicious citrus, apricot, and spice flavours that you've come to love from Nc'nean. Bottled at the typical 46% ABV without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
