Rock Island 14 Year Old – Douglas Laing

Sailing the rugged Atlantic-facing coast of Scotland is an enchanting and character-building experience, but it's also expensive and cold... wouldn't it be nice to experience it all from the comfort of your favourite piece of furniture? Douglas Laing's Rock Oyster is the organoleptic equivalent of such a journey; a blend of island malts that course a voyage of maritime flavours throughout every sip. Brine and pepper crash into salted toffee and smoked meats, with a touch of light fruits and sultanas, all the while wrapped in a velvety smoke.
