Founded in 1870, Domaine Vocoret et Fils is one of Chablis' longstanding family estates, with four generations of the Vocoret family dedicated to producing wines that faithfully express the region's distinctive terroir. Based in the heart of Chablis, the domaine farms vineyards exclusively within the appellation, including holdings across Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru and Grand Cru sites.
The estate's philosophy centres on respectful vineyard management and allowing each parcel to speak for itself. Careful work in the vineyard is complemented by restrained winemaking, with the majority of the wines fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve the purity, freshness and hallmark minerality that define great Chablis, while selected cuvées may see subtle oak ageing to add texture without overshadowing the fruit.
Vocoret's wines are classic, elegant expressions of Chardonnay, combining crisp citrus fruit, vibrant acidity and the unmistakable saline, chalky character of Chablis' Kimmeridgian limestone soils. From approachable village wines to complex, age-worthy Premier and Grand Crus, the range consistently showcases precision, balance and a deep respect for place.
