Ballechin 10 Year Old 2008 (cask 280) – Straight From The Cask
Aged in a single bourbon cask for 10 years, this peated Edradour from the Ballechin range offers up an abundance of toffee, yellow fruit and balanced peat smoke. The whisky was bottled in December 2018 at natural cask strength - 60.8% ABV. Only 317 bottles were drawn from the cask.

Ballechin 10 Year Old 2009 (Cask 303) – Straight From The Cask
Drawn from a bourbon cask, this Edradour bottling was aged for 10 years before it was bottled up using the Ballechin name, which tells us there's plenty of peat to be found lingering in this whisky. Released as part of the Straight From The Cask series at natural cask strength, just 321 bottles were produced.

A single Oloroso sherry butt from the Ballechin range - the name given to peated Edradour - distilled in October 2009 and aged for 10 years before it was bottled at natural cask strength. 939 bottles were produced from the cask and released at 58.8% ABV.

Edradour Ballechin 8 Year Old Double Malt Double Cask
A blend of unpeated and peated single malt from Edradour in Pitlochry, drawn from one sherry cask and three Ballechin bourbon casks, which were matured for at least 8 years. Quite the combination this, with lots of red fruits, dark caramel, butterscotch and wafts of peat smoke.
