Glenlossie 10 Year Old 2010 – Small Batch (James Eadie)
Inspired by The Blue Boar pub in Hinckley, Leicestershire which James Eadie acquired back in May 1891, amongst two hundred other pubs and hotels at the time, this indie Glenlossie was drawn from a combination of first-fill bourbon and re-charred casks. Lots of vanilla custard on the nose leading into a plethora of yellow fruit and spices on the palate, with some white pepper and sweet grassy notes.
