2022 Emiliana, Adobe Reserva Chardonnay, Casablanca Valley
A refreshing organic wine with nicely balanced aromas of grapefruit and lime that intermingle with subtle tropical fruit aromas, especially pineapple, and a touch of herbs. On the palate, it is a fresh and fruity wine, with velvety texture and a persistent, enjoyable finish. Great value! Ideal for serving with fish and shellfish, cooked with creamy sauces or butter. Also it is perfect accompanying pasta with seafood sauces and as aperitif, served with different cheese and dried fruits. At a recent cheese & wine tasting at N&P this was given a resounding thumbs up when we paired it with Chaource, a rich, soft, slightly nutty cheese.

2023 The Myth of Motu Nui, Sauvignon blanc, Aconcagua
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are grown in three excellent sites across the Leyda and San Antonio D.O. The proximity of the vineyards to the Pacific Ocean (only 10km’s away) and its fresh coastal breezes ensures grapes ripen slowly. This allows the grapes to retain their natural citrus flavours and freshness but also to develop great aromatics.
Bright, aromatic and crisply textural. The Myth of Motu Nui is a delightfully aromatic Sauvignon Blanc as rich as the myths that inspire the name.

2022 Boutinot, The Myth of Motu Nui, Aconcagua
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are grown in the Aconcagua region’s coastal Leyda Valley, just 10 kms from the Pacific coast, whose cooling effect ensures grapes ripen slowly, retaining great aromatic citrus flavours and freshness.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks is followed by around 8 weeks on their lees to add texture and complexity.

Bearing similarities with Sauvignon Blancs from New Zealand’s Marlborough region, the result is crisp and bright, with fresh, citrus, grassy aromas and a touch of gooseberry.

Perfect with grilled fish or goats’ cheese salads.

2017 Mondavi & Chadwick, Sena, Aconcagua
Seña was created as a joint venture between Eduardo Chadwick and Robert Mondavi back in 1995, with the aim of making wine like First Growths wines in Bordeaux. This was to prove Chile is also a great area for premium wine production.

Under biodynamic farming principles in the Aconcagua Valley, this wine is made from a Bordeaux blend with a touch of Chilean soul from the Carmenere grape.

Blend: 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Malbec. 15% Carmenere, 10% Cabernet Franc, 8% Petit Verdot

The fermentation process is classic and the wine is aged for 22 months in French oak barrels (88%) from 70% new oak and in foudre (12%)
