2019 Casa Lapostolle, Clos Apalta, Colchagua Valley
Tucked away in the Colchagua Valley, near the town of Santa Cruz, the Apalta Valley was the place selected by a visionary in the 1910s who planted this amazing vineyard using a unique French massal selection. In 1994, Alexandra Marnier Lapostolle and her husband Cyril de Bournet acquired this property. Clos Apalta was born in 1997 as the iconic wine of the Domaines Bournet-Lapostolle in Chile under the idea to magnify the exceptional terroir of Apalta with French expertise.
Shaping the vineyard foot by foot, building a state-of-the-art gravity fed winery, the family succeeded in making Clos Apalta one of the most iconic wines in South America. Currently, the team is led by the son of the founders and 7th generation, Charles de Bournet. Many international rewards have consolidated its position in the “Legends of Chile” (2005 TOP#1 Wine spectator Magazine, 2017, 100pts by James Suckling, for the third time).

2020 Emiliana, Colchagua Coyam, Colchagua Valley
A wine that is named after the oak forests which surround Emiliana's magical Colchagua home, Los Robles.
This wine is hugely evocative of the best Chilean reds, largely down to Emiliana’s belief in Carménère which forms a third of this blend. A nose of the very classically leafy Carménère and Cabernet family with some natural charcoal and tarry notes. The palate is deeply expressive of the blend with a tightly grained oak structure. Rich and packed with complex fruit character. Good concentration and structure that draws out the persistent finish.

2019 Vina Dagaz Colchagua Rapel Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
From Chile’s Colchagua Valley, a sub-region of the Rapel Valley, which is situated about 30 kms from the Pacific Ocean at a moderately high altitude of around 240m above sea level.
This ensures excellent conditions for viticulture; the warmth being cooled by coastal breezes and natural irrigation from the Andes’ meltwater.

Carefully aged in a variety of French oak barrels adds complexity and elegant sweet spice to the fresh , juicy black and red fruits.

Great with beef steaks, roast lamb chargrilled vegetables and mature hard cheeses.
