From a family estate in Australia's cool-climate Mornington Peninsula, this impressive wine is pale lemon in colour; tight, restrained and elegant. On the nose the wine shows bright lemon and grapefruit citrus with a touch of fennel, and salted caramel popcorn. On the palate the wine shows great purity and lovely acid line. A delicious drink now and will reward some cellar time.

The wines are then fermented using wild yeasts and minimal intervention to allow them to express the character of their individual sites. Moorooduc is rightly regarded as one of the leading lights in Mornington.
This is pale lemon in colour, with elegant white floral, lemon rind and white nectarine on the nose.
On the palate, the fruit and savoury flavours vie for attention and combine with a creamy texture that is crisp with a long lingering, stone fruit note on the finish.

Hand harvested, and 100% wild yeast primary fermentation.
 Deep garnet in colour with a dark rose and violet perfume to the nose, followed by dark cherry fruit with hints of mushroom, forest floor and wild herbs. Similarly dark fruited and luscious on the palate with a touch of tangy pomegranate fruit and Moroccan spice. Velvety tannins, savoury earthy notes and firm acidity.
