2018 Bodega Pablo Fallabrino Anarkia Atlantida Tannat
Produced from a 17ha vineyard, located next to the coast, where the River Plate estuary meets the Atlantic Ocean in Uruguay's Canelones region.
Using no insecticide and dry no-till farming, the family practices sustainable viticulture. Grapes are hand harvested, indigenous yeast is used and no Sulphur is added.  This is truly minimal intervention viticulture!

The resulting wine is sappy, spicy and perfumed, with juicy blueberry and blackberry fruit, subtle tannins and refreshing, palate-cleansing acidity.
It's a Tannat that shows clean, balanced, attractive flavours, tangy acidity and real vibrancy and focus.

'Totally unoaked, this proves that Tannat doesn't need wood to show at its best, a juicy, meaty, savoury number with plum and blackberry fruit and racy, mouth-watering acidity'
