Released as part of the same series as Myth and Legend, in which their packaging displays the Welsh dragon. Penderyn Celt is finished in Ex-peated quarter casks giving it a delicate tone of peat smoke.

Penderyn Legend
At a slightly lower ABV than the original Madeira Cask finish from the Penderyn distillery, Legend is is bottled at 41% ABV and tastes a treat! Matured in a combination of bourbon barrels and ex-madeira casks. The Madeira finish gives this whisky its unique character from the range of whiskies Penderyn has to offer.

Penderyn Myth
The Penderyn Myth is a welsh single malt matured in a combination of Ex-Bourbon casks and finished in specially selected Ex-Red wine casks and forms a duo along with the Madeira cask finished Legend release. A smooth and mellow offering from this distillery that became the first new Whisky distillery in Wales in over a hundred years when it was first launched on St Davids day 2004.

Penderyn Rich Oak
A more recent addition to the Penderyn core range, the Rich Oak expression includes a finishing period in rejuvenated red wine casks, an approach pioneered by the late Dr. Jim Swan who consulted at the distillery in its earlier years. The classic Penderyn notes of apples, mango and guava make themselves known on the nose, before an additional dark chocolate fudge note, with added spice on the palate. Natural colour and non-chill filtered.

Penderyn Rich Oak
Penderyn Rich oak is made up of three Hand-picked casks selected by master distiller Dr. Jim Swan. The palate offers plenty of fruits and pleasantly, coffee notes. The whisky was bottles at 50% ABV, so it wouldnt be a crime to put a drop or two of water in this.
