    • Orders shipped to the USA may be subject to a surcharge due to tariffs. This surcharge applies to the cost of the goods only (excluding shipping charges) and is calculated on an item-by-item basis. If you order multiple items from different countries, each item will be assessed individually, and only items from countries subject to tariffs will incur the surcharge. For example, if you order one item from Japan and one from the USA, the surcharge will only apply to the Japanese item. The surcharge rates are as follows:
      • USA, Canada, and Mexico – No surcharge
      • United Kingdom  – No surcharge
      • Europe and Rest of World – 15% surcharge

Please note that these surcharge rates are subject to change should tariff regulations be updated.

Rest Of The World

    • Please note there may be additional charges incurred prior to delivery, these will depend upon the goods purchased and the Duty charges within each destination country.
    • On rare occasions, international shipments may be subject to routine inspections, which can cause slight delays. These instances are infrequent, and shipments are usually cleared promptly

Return Policy

Nickolls & Perks are always intent on providing goods and services of the highest quality. There may on occasion be an issue regarding goods which are deemed faulty, and we will do our utmost to resolve this issue as expediently as possible.

30 Day returns policy
You have the right to cancel your order any time without being charged for the goods ordered within 30 days of purchasing (excluding products that are sold as non-returnable).

We accept full liability for contents of bottles supplied in poor condition, but as this condition cannot generally be ascertained prior to sale we reserve the right to refuse liability for products which we consider to have bottle maturation beyond which the stability and condition of the contents becomes variable. This maturation is non-standardised and and we retain the right to make a professional judgment on it.

Please also note that ‘Cork Taint’ on driven corked wines is a long standing issue over which we as merchants have no control and as such we retain the right to refuse liability but to make a gesture of goodwill to clients whom experience this problem with wines purchased from Nickolls & Perks. This gesture will usually be 40% of the original cost paid for the bottle(s) in question.
