The Penderyn Millenium Cask 2000

For Penderyn fans, it doesn't get any rarer than this: the very first whisky to come out of the distillery. This single-cask expression was originally sold some years before the whisky's release, so ownership was mostly held by those select few who were brave enough to invest in Wales' first modern whisky distillery. Just 200 bottles were produced, all presented at full cask strength of 61.6% ABV. This is bottled number 122.
