The flagship Chardonnay undergoes fermentation in a combination of stainless steel and barrels, ensuring the preservation of its fresh flavours and aromatics while introducing texture and complexity. Sur lie aging for 5.5 months in 20% new oak contributes to its nuanced profile, and the wine is carefully blended and bottled after being racked out of barrels.

Notably, 85% of this exceptional wine comes from vines planted in the 1970s.

Boasting a harmonious and lively character, this wine harmoniously melds citrus and stone fruit notes with subtle hints of vanilla and crème brûlée.
Crafted exclusively from the fog-kissed vines of Katherine’s Vineyard, named after proprietor Katie Jackson in 1986, this elegant, and distinctive wine draws its essence from ancient soils enriched with fossilized seashells, limestone, and sand.

From Santa Barbara County’s AVA (American Viticultural Area) of Santa Maria Valley, this seductive, single vineyard Pinot Noir opens with ripe blackberry and blueberry flavours, followed by notes of red fruits, (pomegranate, cherry and cranberry) These flavours integrate well with a touch of cinnamon and savoury earthiness and is rounded off by smooth tannins and a long finish.

 A lovely example of “cool” Pinot from California’s Central Coast.

Enjoy roast poultry, mushroom pizza and risotto, grilled salmon and a mild cheeses such as Brie, Camembert and Emmental.
