Glendalough Pot Still Whiskey – Irish Oak Finish
Situated in the splendor of County Wicklow, often remarked as the garden of Ireland, the Glendalough Distillery is one of the first in a new generation of Irish whiskey distillers, rising from the ashes of an industry that was once a superpower in the global whisk(e)y market. This Glendalough expression was distilled using traditional copper pot stills and initially matured in ex-bourbon casks. After this first maturation, the whiskey was then disgorged and filled into rare Irish oak casks that were felled from the woodlands surrounding the distillery. Rich and warming, this is a whiskey that is quintessentially Irish; a wonderful exploration of those wanting to taste true Irish provenance.

Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin
Irish distiller Glendalough – which also produces a range of whiskies– brings us a fascinating gin. It uses fresh botanicals, as opposed to dried ones, which are all foraged from the glacial valley that surrounds the distillery.
