Eddu 14 Year Old – Batch 1 (That Boutique-y Malt Company)
Buckwheat whisky? That's right, the folks at Distillerie des Menhirs are the first in the world to use this challenging grain for whisky production, and the one and only That Boutique-y Whisky Company have gone and bottled a cask of this delicious drop! This 14-year-old whisky is one of only 224 bottles. Matured in French Limousin Oak for an elegantly spiced and complex profile, balanced with honey sweetness and citrus.

Helsinki Distilling Company 6 Year Old – Batch 2 (That Boutique-y Whisky Company)
An intriguing single cask bottling from That Boutique-y Whisky Company, featuring 6 year old rye whisky from Finland's Helsinki distillery, produced from a mashbill of 70% malted rye and 30% malted barley. The cold climate endured by the maturing casks results in a slower interaction with the wood, so the team at the Helsinki Distilling Co. have opted for an intense level 3 charred virgin American oak cask for maturation, to quickly absorb the rich flavours of the fresh oak. Bottled at a powerful cask strength of 58.9% ABV.

The Oxford Artisan Whisky 3 Year OId Batch 1 (That Boutique-y Whisky Company)
Featuring whisky from the very first cask filled at The Oxford Artisan Distillery, this is a particularly exciting release from independent bottler That Boutique-y Whisky Company. Made with heritage grains including corn, rye, wheat and malted barley, the whisky was matured for 3 years before being bottled up at 50% ABV. Only 189 bottles were produced, offering notes of apple turnovers and peppery spice give way to honeyed sultanas and a subtle herbal edge.
