Annandale 2015 Man-O-Words Bourbon Cask
Annandale is a fairly new distillery located in the Lowlands and this whisky, drawn from ex-bourbon cask #150, was released as part of their Man O'Words range, bottled at 61.6% ABV. Plenty going on here, with notes of creme brulee, lingering spice and maple syrup.

A single cask release from the much-loved Bimber Distillery in West London, bottled exclusively for Nickolls & Perks to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Midlands Whisky Festival. Distilled on 13th May 2017, the whisky was aged for just over 5 years in ex-bourbon cask #159, before being bottled on 23rd July 2021. The label was designed by Bimber's co-founder Ewalina Chruszczyk, taking inspiration from the arched windows at the home of Nickolls & Perks in Stourbridge. A limited release of 260 bottles presented at natural cask strength.
Aromas of white grapefruit dusted with vanilla icing sugar give way to clotted cream fudge and aromatic spices. The palate opens with creamy white chocolate and sugared almonds, complemented with peppery spice and toffee popcorn.

Blantons Gold Edition
Blanton's Gold Edition is a single barrel bourbon from the buffalo Trace distillery, made from a mashbill containing rye, corn and malted barley. You can't go too far wrong here if you're a fan of bourbon.

Booker’s 7 Year Old True Barrel Bourbon (Batch C-K-03-82)
A premium subsidiary brand from the Jim Beam portfolio, named after the former Master Distiller, Booker Noe. This batch of Booker's was released just a few years after the brand first launched, a must-have for bourbon fans. Bottled at cask strength, 62.1% ABV (124.2 proof).

Old Bunnahabhain is some of the best whisky the Island has to offer, and this indie bottling is no exception, with some intense floral notes followed by yellow fruits and a subtle peppery finish. Only 266 bottles were released.

This single cask Bunnahabhain from independent bottler Artfu Dodger was initially matured in a bourbon hogshead before being transferred over to a Vino de Color cask, resulting in heaps of sticky sherry character. Vino de Color is produced by adding concentrated grape must to fermented grape juice, which is then fortified and aged in solera.

A bright and floral single malt from Craigellachie, distilled in December 2005 and left to mature in a single, second-fill bourbon cask for 13 years. Another unique product from the FEW spirits distillery in Illinois, USA. FEW Bourbon is made from a mash made up of 70% corn, 20% Rye and 10% two row malt. The bourbon whiskey was matured in barrels made up of a tighter grain called Minnesota oak, before being bottled at 46.5% ABV (91 Proof). The story behind FEW spirits goes back to the city of Evanston in the United States of America, where the distillery is in action today after pulling through the hit from prohibition for many years. FEW also takes it’s name from the initials of an iconic women in the era of the temperance movement, Frances Elizabeth Willard.

Few Cold Cut Bourbon
Few have taken their excellent cask strength bourbon and cut the whiskey with cold brew coffee - as opposed to the usual method of using water - to bring it down to 46.5% ABV. The result is something quite unique, with notes of roasted coffee, cinnamon and layers of chocolate. If you're a fan of both bourbon and coffee, Few Cold Cut Bourbon is a must-try. It also makes a rather bold Manhattan.
