An ultra-premium tequila from Clase Azul, with a decanter and flavour profile crafted to pay tribute to the Mazahua indigenous culture. The beautiful decanter tells a story of the earth's fertility, the water that gives life to the agave, and the sun. The decanter also features the Clase Azul family's feathered design, painted in 24k gold paint. The flavour profile is a sumptuous mix of cinnamon, clove, nuts, marmalade and oak.

Out of Distell's mighty three Scotch distilleries, Deanston have long led the charge when it comes to experimental casks, proving how splendidly versatile their whisky is. This 15 year old Deanston was finished in ex-Tequila casks from the Jaliscan Highlands of Mexico, a region noted for fruity and vibrant tequilas. The result is vibrant indeed, with ripe pineapple, mixed nuts and a light hint of oak. On the palate comes the real agave hit, then popping with baked apples and custard, before the return of nutty notes and spice, all at a wonderful 52.5%.

Twice distilled and aged for at least one year in American oak barrels, the tequila is then distilled a third time and matured in new French oak barrels. To finish, the team at Hacienda Patrón uses Bordeaux wine barrels to further mature the tequila before its bottled. Named Gran Burdeos, Spanish for Bordeaux, this is a super-premium tequila made exclusively with Blue Weber Agave from the Jalisco Highlands. The decanter comes housed in a walnut presentation case accompanied by a glass stopper.

Jose Cuervo's impressive Reserva de la Familia is made up of tequila matured for a minimum of two years in American and French oak barrels, including a portion of the Cuervo family's reserves, which are aged up to thirty years. The 2019 edition expression has been designed by acclaimed artist Melanie Smith, whose work has been exhibited in museums in Mexico and around the world. The gift box features a collage of prints of agave plants as well as illustrations of old maps of tequila and the La Rojeña distillery.

Tequila produced using 100% Weber Blue Agave at the Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. Lots of fresh and clean citrus and fruit notes with a light note of pepper on the finish, it's a lovely sipping tequila but also may be enjoyed in a host of different classic cocktails.
