2024 Pra, Soave, Classico Otto

A beautifully classic Soave from one of the region’s leading producers, created in memory of Graziano Prà’s cherished Border Collie.
Garganega grapes come from south-east facing volcanic vineyards at 150 metres, with vines aged 30–60 years. The nose is fresh and gently peachy with honeysuckle and pear. The palate is textured and juicy, lightly honeyed, showing citrus, stone fruit, subtle almond notes and a crisp, mineral finish. Ideal with goat’s cheese, asparagus or delicate lemon-dressed fish.
